Main responsibilities / Activities:
– Support sales growth from specific partners of SMB;
– Ensure the optimum mix of partners in the territory;
– Manage partners of the Small and Medium Business Division to perform against short and long term
company goals across the whole sales proposition as applicable;
– Understand the needs of the partners target customers and devise plans to map the company’s solutions to
these needs and therefore drive growth;
– Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and reporting;
– Work with partners to execute programs effectively.

The ideal candidate sould have the following profile:

– Graduate in a Business Management discipline with a good knowledge of finance and marketing. Other
relevant experience will be considered.
– Account management skills;
– Influency and negotiation skills;
– Detail conscious with great analytical skills;
– Team work;
– Ability to work on own initiative;
– Computer literate;
– Fluency in English and Portuguese.
