The Google Marketing team is responsible for marketing the company’s exceptional product portfolio to end users, partners and customers on a worldwide basis. The role: Associate Product Marketing Manager, Business Marketing

Our ideal Associate Product Marketing Manager is a flexible, hardworking, experienced marketeer, who will coordinate, plan and execute major B2B initiatives (main priority) and for the Portuguese market. You will be in charge of positioning, packaging, and promoting Google’s B2B products and achieve measurable objectives. Your key responsibilities will be to educate and recruit small and medium advertisers through efficient ROI based strategies and campaigns as well as be in charge of securing a rapid adoption of B2B products and analyzing the results of the different marketing programs to optimize investments for major impact. You will work with Sales and PR to facilitate the acquisition of new advertisers and reduce barriers of existing ones, contribute to the positioning of Google Portugal in the business market, and the definition of a corporate and vertical B2B communication strategy. As a second area of responsibilities, to a smaller extent than the B2B programs, you will be responsible for supporting Google’s user growth, focused on growing Google’s brand and product usage in Spain, analyzing user attitudes and behaviour; and developing programs that optimally positions the strengths of our products. You will report to the Product Marketing Manager (Portugal) based in Lisbon
Skills

Responsibilities:
Drive the B2B acquisition strategy to educate and recruit SMB’s advertisers
Drive SMB’s advertisers acquisitions from advertising campaigns as well as direct marketing programs and apply global best practices
Optimize current SMB’s acquisition channels
Support to sales team (top accounts) in order to acquire new clients and increase the advertiser spend/current clients. This includes planning, events organization, working closely with Research team and external suppliers. Launching and driving rapid adoption of B2B products and supporting the key account sales team to deliver major new advertiser deals and unlocking barriers. Supporting research and sales team to deliver insights and communicating them
Manage Budget for projects in the Portuguese market
Requirements:
BA/BS degree or equivalent with a strong academic record (MBA a plus), fluency in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
Experience in product marketing, direct marketing, marketing program management.
Experience and understanding of Internet is key: understanding of search, online advertising, or web publishing market. Knowledge on affiliate marketing, display advertising, CPC and CPM needed.
Intrest in analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
Outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills. Strong analytical skills required and proven track records in managing ROI campaigns and measurement.
