Pumpkin launched their innovative site to find, compare and reserve family services in November 2010. We are currently looking for high energy team members to support our rapid growth, while expanding success to new services, national coverage and international exploration.

Position summary
The communication manager is responsible to coordinate all Pumpkin activities related to communication & branding via both offline and online channels. This exciting role is pivotal to realize brand awareness of Pumpkin in both existing markets as well as for future expansion.
Aligned with the communication responsibilities, the successful candidates also takes control of all client service activities, including defining opportunities for future improvement.

Position responsibilities
• Responsible for the development, planning and execution of the communication plan for Pumpkin.
• Support the management and execution of all digital, social and offline communication
• Coordinate the organization of corporate events or other activities to extend brand awareness of Pumpkin Enterprises Lda.
• Support client service activities to users, providers and partners of Pumpkin.
• Monitor client service KPIs
• Develop activities for improvement of client service levels

Candidate qualifications
• University Degree, preferably in communication and marketing
• Excellent written and oral knowledge of Portuguese, English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing, communication and/or customer service, preference for experience in family services, IT and/or Web environment
