Social Media
All the social media activities:
– Manage Facebook and Twitter communities
– Publish the deals
– Answer doubts, manage conflits (with straight communication with the customer support dpt.)
– Weekly fan/followers report
– Blog content
– Be awared of the facebook/twitter terms and conditions specially for contests.
Tools: hoosuite,TweetDeck, delivery, socialcast, conversocial

– All the translations and new content required from the different departments in Berlin including new features, banners, landing pages, facebook ads,etc;
– Support the Trade Marketing an Communication department;
Tools: excel, word, powerpoint, google docs.
