All the social media activities:
- Manage Facebook and Twitter communities
- Publish the deals
- Answer doubts, manage conflits (with straight communication with the customer support dpt.)
- Weekly fan/followers report
- Blog content
- Be awared of the facebook/twitter terms and conditions specially for contests.
Tools: hoosuite,TweetDeck, delivery, socialcast, conversocial

Content
- All the translations and new content required from the different departments in Berlin including new features, banners, landing pages, facebook ads,etc;
- Support the Trade Marketing an Communication department;
Tools: excel, word, powerpoint, google docs.
