Who we are and what we do:
ECB is a Brazilian company with offices in Fortaleza and Lisbon, which specializes in the cultivation of ultra-high yield biomass crops, the industrial production of biomass related products such as biofuels, as well as delivering a range of consultancy services to third parties. Our agricultural production is focused on our extensive plantations in the Russas Irrigated District in Ceará State, Northeastern Brazil.

Looking for:
We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Marketing Campaign Manager to develop plans and strategies to promote our services and products.

This is a new role within the Lisbon team – so there’s plenty of scope for the right person to contribute to the successful operation and growth of marketing within the business.

Responsibilities as a Campaign Manager will include:
• Control the day-to-day management of campaigns that help to create and develop relationships with investors in the chosen markets;
• Provide a structured, integrated, project management process for identifying, assessing, pursuing and winning new business;
• Plan and deliver a campaign calendar;
• Build knowledge of clients and markets and identify campaign objectives and plan to achieve those objectives.
• Manage multiple campaigns across one or more channels and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop the campaign approach and methodology with others in the team and in the business
• Analyze and report on return on investment and the effectiveness of campaigns and maintain awareness of competitor activity
• Demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework for legal services (in relation to marketing)
• Develop a deep knowledge of what the firm stands for and why they are different;
• Manage company’s social networks, google adwords, etc.
• Deliver campaigns across PR (radio/local press), online (website and social),
There will be other marketing duties around content marketing, web, digital and data management.

Candidate profile:
This job would suit a candidate looking for their third or fourth job – with a sound IT/technology marketing background, well versed in working independently to develop campaign ideas – then rolling them out. We need someone who can think strategically but also has an eye for tactical delivery.

• Graduate; 4 years+ relevant experience;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Understands and is experienced in marketing and sales processes;
• Ability to work effectively on several active, parallel projects and any one time;
• Excellent relationship and networking skills;
• Client focused
• Reliable, tolerant and determined.
• Great team player but equally someone who can be relied upon to get things done on their own if necessary.
• Preferably with experience in the renewable energies markets.
• Motivated, enthusiastic people with the right attitude to succeed
• Effective communication skills including copywriting (both on and offline), spoken communication.
• Creative thinker with practical business proficiency.
• Age between 26 and 34.
